female divisions

Course
3 Mile
Mud Run
This
unique trail running
race is sure to be fun
and challenging for
all participants and
spectators. Racers of
all abilities will have a great
time throughout the
course, with
obstacles and
the ISF Mucky Mud Pit! The
course will feature a 3
mile trek with some
new
obstacles for 2010.
At the end of the race,
participants will
venture through the
Mucky Mud Pit to the
finish. Bring towels
and extra clothes as make-shift
showers will be provided.
FUN
Run
This shortened course
will include a fun 1
mile run through
some obstacles before racers
venture in the Mucky Mud
Pit. This event
will start at 10:30 am
following the 3 mile Mud
Run. All
participants will
receive a finisher medal
and a t-shirt.

Participant
bags and chips must
be picked up during
check-in on race day. All registrants will receive an
t-shirt and ISF Mud Run
gift.
Late Entries
Race
day registration is
possible prior to
competition starting at
8:30 am. The 3
mile registration will
close at 9:45 to allow
time for entrants to be
entered into the chip
timing system. The late entry fee is $27.00. For athletes under age 18,
please bring a completed
the
Mud Run Entry Form, with the parental signature on the waiver
portion, or have the parents attend and sign the waiver on-site.
Race Awards
Awards will be
presented at the post race celebration
for runners entered in
the 3 Mile Mud Run. Results will be posted on the link
above. Results will not be mailed.
